ConVerge Print Control

ConVerge® uses controlled printing to maintain control over paper copies of documents to prevent unauthorized printing of offical copies of documents and to provide the ability to track and recall documents that have been superseded, have become obsolete, or are no longer needed by their original recipients. PDF Management is utilized in the controlled printing process. ConVerge maintains a record of printed controlled copies of documents, as well as reprints and recalls.

ConVerge offers the ability to generate controlled prints (issued by authorized users, tracked, and audited) and uncontrolled prints of documents.
